In response to customer demand, Lake Shore Savings opens a second full-service location at 115 East Fourth Street in Jamestown.

Installation of ATM unit at the D&F Plaza located at 1170 Central Avenue, Dunkirk, NY. Assets exceed $170 million. Opening of Westfield branch located at 106 East Main Street.

1999

Installation of D.A.S.H. (Direct Access Secure Hotline), 7 days-a-week, 24 hours-a-day access to all customers accounts. Assets exceed $183 million.

2000

Assets exceed $200 million.

2003

A full-service branch opens at 3111 Union Road, Orchard Park, NY. A full-service branch opens at 5751 Transit Road, East Amherst, NY.

2005

Opened full-service location at 59 Main Street, Hamburg, NY. Assets exceed $333 million.

2006

Opened two ATM locations at Smith’s True Value Hardware Rt. 5 & 20 Irving, NY and on the SUNY Fredonia Campus at 280 Central Avenue Fredonia, NY. Assets exceed $354 million.

2008

Opened full-service location at 3438 Delaware Avenue Kenmore, NY. Completed the renovation of our Dunkirk branch. Added an ATM location at the Dunkirk Boardwalk at The Dunkirk Pier, Dunkirk, NY. Assets exceed $407 million.

Opened full-service location at 570 Dick Road, Depew, NY. Assets exceed $479 million.

2011

Appointment of new President and CEO, Daniel P. Reininga, upon retirement of David C. Mancuso. Assets exceed $488 million.

2012

Completed façade renovations at Orchard Park Branch at 3111 Union Road Orchard Park, NY. Added an ATM location on the SUNY Fredonia Campus. Assets exceed $481 million.

Conversion of Lake Shore, MHC from mutual to stock form. Lake Shore Savings Bank converts from a federal savings bank to the New York chartered commercial bank, “Lake Shore Bank”.
